Shrimp Festival

This weekend was the 37th Annual National Shrimp Festival. Every October, over 250,000 people descend on Gulf Shores to enjoy the free festival. Bands play at 2 stages, booths are filled with artwork and crafts from local artists and local retailers, and then there's the food! Vendors have every version of fried treat and there are tons of seafood dishes....with Shrimp being the star, of course! And the location couldn't be better....right on the beach.

One of the entrances to the Shrimp Festival. People were everywhere!

Bo enjoying a famous "Cajun Pistol"...fried bread filled with cheese and seafood.
Doesn't get much better than that!
